Cresa Adds Seven To South Florida Team

Cresa South Florida has hired seven new advisors.
The new hires span tenant office and industrial representation, project management, brokerage, accounting, market analysis, administration, and graphic design.
Cresa is clearly gaining momentum, with the recent Vanguard Logistics build-to-suit, as well as the Brazil Consulate relocation, and the GrayRobinson relocation in 2014, to name a few.
Cresa wooed industrial guru Sky Groden from Cushman & Wakefield last year and moved deeper into Broward County. Now, the firm is adding staff that will help serve its growing client roster. With the new hires, Cresa has grown its staff 181% in the past four years to meet the demand for tenant-only representation in South Florida.

“At Cresa, we go beyond the industry standard, supply-driven practices to deliver different—stronger—results for our clients,” says Alan Kleber, managing principal at Cresa. “We do business differently, offering value-added services based on unique user requirements that positively impact our clients’ bottom lines.”

The new hires are Jeff Gordon, Jessica Browdy, Edward Quinon, Juan Rodriguez, Ramon Hernandez, Alberto Sanchez, and Angie Vazquez. News of the new hires comes just as Blanca adding an ex-Savillis Studley heavy-hitter to its ranks and CBRE hired a new office expert.
