Zyscovich Architects Stays Put, Inks 25,500 SF Lease Renewal

Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 25,500-square-foot headquarters lease for Zyscovich Architects in Miami’s New World Tower.
The Cushman & Wakefield Tenant Advisory Team of Senior Director Tony Jones and Director Ryan Levy represented Zyscovich Architects in a long-term lease renewal. Juan Ruiz of Blanca Commercial represented building owner Panther Capital Management, LLC.
Zyscovich Architects was founded in 1977 and is headquartered in New World Tower. It also has offices in New York, Orlando, West Palm Beach and Bogota, Colombia. The firm’s portfolio spans a wide spectrum of projects, including transportation facilities, schools and universities; mixed-use commercial; public-private partnerships; multi-family residential high rises; and master-planned cities. Zyscovich Architects employs 80 architects, planners and interior designers in the New World Tower.

“This renewal was a great opportunity to secure a large block of space in the burgeoning downtown market without incurring any relocation costs,” said Jones. “It’s a win-win for Zyscovich and Panther, which retains a world-renowned tenant with ties throughout the Americas.”

The 30-story office building location at 100 North Biscayne Boulevard.
