Youfit Signs For 12,000 Square Feet

Youfit Health Clubs has signed a ten-year lease for 12,000 square feet in the Publix-anchored Crossings Shopping Village, which is located at 13059 SW 112th Street in Kendall.
The health club has only one other location in the Miami-Dade County, although it boasts 38 locations throughout Florida.
Terranova Leasing Associate Manny Vacas represented the landlord in the deal.The facility will open this fall.
“This tenant is a perfect fit for the Crossings area, no pun intended,” Vacas said. “We had a great space to offer them in a great Publix center, and they didn’t have a location to serve the Kendall area.”
