World-Renown Law Firm In Market For 25,000 SF

Jones Day, one of the largest law firms in the world, is scouting for a Miami office, the Business Journal confirmed with multiple sources.
According to industry sources, the firm has hired CBRE to help locate as much as 25,000 square feet and is looking at a few buildings including 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza.
According to its website, Jones Day has more than 2,400 lawyers, including more than 400 lawyers in Europe and 200 lawyers in Asia.
Other big law firm with offices in Miami include Baker & McKenzie, located at Sabadell Financial Center at 1111 Brickell Avenue; Hogan Lovells, which recently signed a 12-year lease at 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza, one of downtown Miami’s brand new office high-rises, and will move in early 2013;  K&L Gates, located at Southeast Financial Center at 200 South Biscayne Blvd.; and Greenberg Traurig, located at Wells Fargo Center at 333 SE 2nd Avenue.
