West Palm Land Fetches $1.18 Million Per Acre
Susan Thomas and Kris Hustad of Touchstone Webb Realty Company, represented the seller, Clear Lake View, LLC, in the sale of 1301 Mercer Avenue, West Palm Beach.
Stor-All Australian Ave., LLC purchased the 1.70-acre parcel for $2,000,000.
The deal closed on November 19.
Stor-All is planning a five-story storage facility on the site.
