Victoria's Secret To Open New Distribution Center

CBRE announced today a new lease acquisition by Columbus, Ohio-based Victoria’s Secret Stores, LLC for 16,460 square feet at Beacon at 97th Avenue Business Park, located at 2100 NW 97th Avenue in Doral.
CBRE First Vice President Ron Berger negotiated the transaction on behalf of the tenant, arranging a five-year lease term for Victoria’s Secret. Cushman & Wakefield’s Brian Smith and Audley Bosch provided representation to the landlord, KTR Capital Partners.
The space will serve as a distribution center for the retailer.
