United Technologies Pays $17 Million For Palm Beach Gardens Land
Carrier Corp., a division of the United Technologies conglomerate, paid $17.25 million for land at Donald Ross Road and Interstate 95 in Palm Beach Gardens, according to property records.
Connecticut-based United Technologies has been promised incentives to build the 241,400-square-foot UTC Center for Intelligent Buildings complex.
The seller was Kolter Group’s Pasteur Commercial Investments. It’s unclear from the deed how much land United Technologies bought, but the company had planned to develop 30 acres.
