Two Tenants Ink Deals At Coral Springs Executive Tower

Bryason Realty Corporation signed two leases totaling 7,769 square feet in the 210 North University Drive building.
Richard Gerber, Associate, represented the tenants and Charles Shane, President of Bryason Realty, represented the landlord, 210 Capital, LLC.
Bryason was appointed leasing representative for the 80,380 SF, 9-story Coral Springs Executive Tower located at 210 North University Drive, Coral Springs in May, 2011. Since then, Bryason has leased 20,427 square feet, including 10,666 square feet to the Law Offices of McFarlane & Dolan in January, 2012.
Pimo Capital LLC acquired the office tower in March, 2011 from Coneca Properties, Ltd.
