GLB Trucking is moving from their existing location in Palmetto Lakes to the Southeastern Headquarters Building in Sunshine State International Park, just off the Golden Glades Interchange in Miami Gardens.

The company, a specialist in the delivery and installation of extremely high end designer home furnishings, leased 39,614 square feet of warehouse/office space at 1400 NW 159th Street for 5 years and 4 months.

Ted Konigsberg of  Infinity Commercial Real Estate represented the Landlord, Groupe Pacific in the transaction, and Brian Smith of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Tenant.

“This was the perfect fit for this successful, locally-owned company,” stated Konigsberg.  “The Southeastern Headquarters Building is literally the only building in this part of town to combine cross dock loading, a clear height over 25′, and a premises configuration conducive to an efficient racking layout.  We are very pleased to have them in our building, and know they will be very happy with us.”
