Transwestern Secures Long-Term 40,000 SF Lease

Transwestern’s South Florida office signed a new long-term lease with leading global seafood company Marine Harvest for ± 40,000 square feet at Beacon Centre, a class A business park located at NW 25th Street and NW 84th Avenue in Doral.
This transaction continues to retain RREEF’s ± 425,000 square foot portfolio within Beacon Centre at 100 percent occupancy.
Transwestern’s Senior Vice President Thomas Kresse, Ben Eisenberg and Walter Byrd, Managing Directors of the South Florida offices, and Carlos Gaviria, Associate, completed the transaction on behalf of the landlord. “We’ve upheld a long-standing and successful leasing track record in Airport West, particularly with Beacon Centre which we’ve maintained as a fully leased RREEF asset for over two years,” said Mr. Kresse.
Beacon Centre RREEF is located in the heart of Doral with easy access to major thoroughfares and close proximity to the Miami International Airport. These geographical factors in addition to the property’s class A warehouse and distribution spaces continue to attract and maintain gold-standard tenants.
