Transwestern Inks 50,000 SF In Doral Deals

Transwestern’s South Florida office signed a new long-term lease with Pinto Transfer & Packaging Corp. for 25,000 square feet and a direct renewal with Premium Flowers for 25,000 square feet both at Beacon Centre, a Class A business park located at NW 25th Street and NW 84th Avenue in Doral.
With these transactions, Transwestern has consummated approximately 190,000 square feet of deals this year at Beacon Centre on behalf of RREEF and have consistently held Beacon Centre at 100 percent occupancy.
Transwestern’s Senior Vice President Thomas Kresse, Ben Eisenberg and Walter Byrd, Managing Directors of the South Florida offices, and Carlos Gaviria, Associate, completed the transaction on behalf of the landlord.
“Our ability to maintain 100 percent occupancy is reflective of the strength in the market for tenants in the ± 10,000 to ± 50,000 square foot range. ” said Mr. Kresse.  “It is also reflective of our long standing relationship with ownership and the collective initiatives put in place to maintain and market the property.”
Beacon Centre RREEF is located in the heart of Doral with easy access to major thoroughfares and close proximity to the Miami International Airport. This location in addition to the property’s class A curb appeal and door count continue to attract and maintain gold-standard tenants.
