Township Plaza Sale Closes

CB Richard Ellis arranged the sale of Township Plaza, a 66,524sf mixed-use asset comprising 45,698sf of single-story retail/service space and 20,826sf of second-floor office space, plus McDonald’s outparcel at 4400 West Sample Road in Coconut Creek.
The property was acquired by Township Shoppers LLC for $5,800,000.
This transaction was a joint effort between two of the private capital teams in South Florida led by David Donnellan and Scott O’Donnell, who represented the seller, SCP-Capri Township Plaza Owner, LLC. Other CBRE brokers involved included Dominic Montazemi, Marty Busekrus, Todd Weintraub and Miguel Alcivar, all members of CBRE’s Private Capital Group, who were the sole brokers in the transaction.
