Tibor Hollo's One Bayfront Eyes 2018 Completion

Developer Tibor Hollo is waiting for existing leases to expire in 2014 before demolishing a downtown Miami building on the site where he plans the tallest tower south of Atlanta.
Construction on the 80-story One Bayfront Plaza, which would rise 1,010 feet, could be completed by the first quarter of 2018. The site is at 100 S. Biscayne Boulevard.
One Bayfront Plaza would primarily consist of offices and hotel space, but also would include a retail mall and parking garage on the lower levels and 700 luxury residences. Hollo plans to develop a total of 4.2 million square feet.
