The Community Foundation of Broward leased 10,109 square feet at 910 East Las Olas Boulevard. in Fort Lauderdale in a 10-year deal that more than doubles the amount of space they currently lease at Victorial Park Centre, a 40,000 square foot office building located at 1401 East Broward Boulevard.

“They needed the  room to expand their programs and raise their profile in community.  They will have signage on two faces of the building facing Las Olas Boulevard.  They also liked the availability of  the nearby parking at the various Las Olas lots,” said Steve Hyatt, Senior Vice President of Berger Commercial Realty Corp.

Hyatt represented the tenant, while Vann Padgett with The Las Olas Company represented the building owner in-house.

The Community Foundation of Broward is a $100 million foundation that gives away about $5 million per year in Broward County alone.
