SVN South's Rotolante Closes $2.75M Self-Storage Sale

Sperry Van Ness South represented the seller, Homestead US 1 Self Storage LLC in the transaction of a 440-unit self-storage facility in Homestead. Matthew Rotolante, Managing Director of Sperry Van Ness South Commercial Real Estate Advisors, pictured left, was the exclusive listing agent for the property.

In 2009, Rotolante represented the owners on the purchase of the facility for $1,750,000, and just 4 years later, the property’s value increased by 57%, trading at $2.75 million.
The sellers were represented by real estate attorney, John Maas.
Storage Property I LLC purchased the self-storage site at 95% occupancy.  Stephen Rigl of Real Miami Commercial Real Estate, pictured above right,  represented the buyer in the transaction.
