SVN South Sells Singer Island Retail Center For $7.55 Million

SVN | South Commercial Real Estate Advisors announced that the Ocean Mall, located at 2401 North Ocean Drive on Singer Island, has changed ownership.

The approximately 67,000 square foot, oceanfront lifestyle retail center was sold by Garrison Investment Group of New York, NY and purchased by Rosehill Group of Boca Raton.  Rosehill Group is a joint platform between Duncan Hillsley Capital and PEBB Capital.

Built in 2010, this Class A shopping center was 53% leased at the time of sale and is adjacent to the City Beach.  Rosehill Group looks forward to reinvigorating the center through increased occupancy, a smart tenant mix and community based events.
