Sunrise Industrial-Flex Building Sells

Smartphone accessory manufacturer A.G. Findings has purchased a 14,866-square-foot industrial-flex building in Sunrise, according to Brenner Real Estate Group, which represented seller Burlingame Sawgrass.
Brenner’s Helen Weismann, commercial associate, and Kathleen Alberts, senior vice president, handled the deal for Brenner.
The property is located at 320 International Parkway. AG Findings represented itself in the deal.
