State Street Realty Inks 8-Year Miami Airport Deal
United Home Care Services, Inc. has signed an eight-year, 16,000 square-foot office lese at Westside Office Plaza 1 in Doral.
The deal was secured on behalf of the landlord, Prudential Real Estate Investors, by State Street Realty President George Pino, SIOR and Executive Vice President Ed Lyden.
Donna Abood and Joe Abood of Colliers International South Florida (now Avison Young) represented the tenant.
“This was one of the larger transactions completed in the 4th quarter within the Miami Airport submarket, which continues to be very active and healthy,” according to Pino. “This deal required creativity, skill and dedication by all parties involved and is a transaction that delivers tremendous benefits to both the Tenant and the Landlord.”
Westside Office Plaza 1 is located in the heart of the Miami Airport West submarket at 8400 NW 33 Street.
