State Street Realty Completes More Than 350,000 SF In Deals In 60 Days

State Street Realty had a very active April and May, closing over 350,000 square feet of office and industrial sale and lease transactions in the Miami Airport submarket.
The transactions are valued at over $14,000,000.
State Street Realty President George Pino, SIOR, RPA, Senior Vice President Ed Lyden and Senior Associate Jesus Cortes working on behalf of Landlord’s Prologis and various other clients completed the transactions together in the past 60 days.
According to President, George Pino, SIOR, “leasing activity in Miami’s West-Dade industrial market remains positive and in general the industrial sector continues to improve, even as new challenges present themselves.  Also, we continue to see strong interest from institutional and foreign investors to acquire high-end commercial real estate in Miami.  This is partly due to Miami’s inherent supply constraint, industrial demand spurring cargo flow through Miami’s warehouses and increasing rents which provide an attractive value-add opportunity to investors.”
