State Street Realty Closes More Than 610,000 SF In CRE Transactions

State Street Realty recently completed over twenty (20) warehouse and office lease and sale transactions totaling over 610,000 square feet with a value of over $31,000,000.  These commercial real estate transactions were all completed throughout the South Florida area.

 

“The coronavirus, which started as a major disruption creating economic strain, became and continues to be a tremendous opportunity for industrial real estate.  The coronavirus has been an accelerant and has increased positive activity and demand for warehouse space in South Florida,” stated George Pino, SIOR, President of State Street Realty.

Deals recently closed include:

  • Global Engine Maintenance, LLC, the Tenant, renewed their lease for 81,900 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Prologis International Corporate Park located at 10300 NW 19 Street, Doral.  State Street Realty’s Executive Vice President Ed Lyden, SIOR and Pino, represented the Landlord and Bobby Benton and Wayne Schuchts of Avison Young represented the Tenant.
  • Demetech Corporation, the SubTenant, subleased 40,748 square feet of industrial warehouse space at PS Business Park located at 1751 NW 79 Avenue located in Doral.  State Street Realty’s Vice President Frank Trelles, SIOR represented the Subtenant and Pino represented the SubLandlord.
  • International Bonded Couriers, the Tenant, renewed their lease for 37,116 square feet of industrial flex warehouse space at Prologis Beacon Centre located at 8401 NW 17 Street, Doral.  Pino and Senior Associate Brian Cabielles represented the Landlord and Chris Harak of Blanca Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant.
  • Rolo Transport LLC, the Tenant, leased 23,907 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Seneca Park 700 located at 3500 SW 20 Street, Pembroke Park.  Trelles represented the Tenant and Cushman & Wakefield represented the Tenant.
  • DS Healthcare Group, Inc., the Tenant, leased 12,520 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Prologis Beacon Centre located at 1850 NW 84 Avenue, Doral.  Pino and Cabielles represented the Landlord.
  • Aqua II Enterprises LLC purchased a 12,200 square foot industrial warehouse at 10851 NW 122 Street, Medley.  Trelles and Associate Jason Gonzalez represented the Seller.
  • Pelican Perfumes Trading Co., the Tenant, leased 6,400 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Prologis Beacon Industrial Park located at 10913 NW 30 Street, Doral. Pino and Cabielles represented the Landlord.
  • Same Tag Television Arts Group LLC, the Tenant, leased 2,808 square feet of industrial flex warehouse space at Transal Park located at 8200 NW 27 Street, Doral. Pino and Cabielles represented the Landlord.
  • PR Global Reservations LLC, the Tenant, leased 1,809 square feet of office space at Westside Office Plaza located at 8400 NW 33 Street, Doral.  Pino and Lyden represented the Landlord.
