State Street Realty Closes More Than 105,000 SF Of Lease Transactions

State Street Realty recently completed numerous warehouse and office lease transactions totaling over 105,000 square feet with a value of over $8,000,000.  These commercial real estate transactions were all completed throughout the South Florida area.

 

 

 

The closed deals include:

  • Almax Corporation, the Tenant, leased 25,080 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Prologis International Corporate Park located at 10300 NW 19 Street in Doral.  State Street Realty’s President George Pino, SIOR and Executive Vice President Ed Lyden, SIOR represented the Landlord.
  • Laboratory Corporation of America, the Tenant, renewed their lease for 11,353 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Prologis Beacon Centre located at 2250 NW 84 Avenue in Doral.  Pino and Senior Associate Brian Cabielles represented the Landlord and Andrew Fernandez of CBRE represented the Tenant.
  • Sabor Tropical Supermarkets Inc., the Tenant, leased 20,786 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Duke Miami Industrial Logistics Center located at 15002 NW 107 Avenue in Hialeah Gardens.  State Street Realty’s Vice President Frank Trelles, SIOR and Cabielles  represented the Landlord and Luis Marquez, SIOR of Casal Group represented the Tenant.
  • Calixto Global Investors LP., the Tenant, leased 2,784 square feet of office space at 121 Alhambra Plaza located in Coral Gables.  Pino represented the Tenant and Thad Adams of The Allen Morris Company represented the Landlord.
  • Agiliti Health, Inc., the Tenant, leased 7,940 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Prologis Beacon Centre located at 8412 NW 17 Street in Doral.  Pino and Cabielles represented the Landlord and Fred Placke, SIOR of Fischer represented the Tenant.
  • Marken LLP, the Tenant, leased 17,791 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Prologis Beacon Centre located at 2250 NW 84 Avenue in Doral. Pino and Cabielles represented the Landlord and Marisa Karmitz and Gian Rodriguez of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Tenant.
  • Great Circle Ventures Holdings LLC, the Tenant, renewed their lease for 19,845 square feet of industrial warehouse space at Prologis Beacon Centre located at 2105 NW 86 Avenue in Doral.  Pino and Cabielles represented the Landlord and Stuart Gordon of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Tenant.
  • Granny’s Home Health Care Inc., the Tenant, renewed their lease for 1,292 square feet of office space at Prologis Beacon Centre located at 8323 NW 12 Street in Doral.  Pino and Cabielles represented the Landlord.
  • Suvivienda LLC, the Tenant, leased 1,358 square feet of industrial flex space at Transal Park located at 8250 NW 27 Street in Doral.  Pino and Cabielles represented the Landlord and Realty One Group represented the Tenant.
