State Farm Leases 50,000 SF

State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company has signed a long-term lease for 50,000 square feet of office space at 5601 Hiatus Road in Tamarac, FL.
Located in the Westpoint Business Centre building park, the two-story, 100,000-square-foot office property was constructed in 2001. The property is on the corner of Hiatus Road and W. Commercial Boulevard on more than 12.5 acres.
