Southeast Financial Center Launches Tenant-Focused App

Southeast Financial Center® has launched Miami’s first Class “A” building app for smartphones and tablets.
Coming on the heels of 155,000 square feet of lease transactions over the past year, Southeast Financial Center’s newest technological upgrade will promote connectivity with tenants, brokers / prospects, visitors and others to interact with the office building.
“With the most square feet under lease of any office building in Florida, it was essential that we connect with our large tenant base through a media platform that meets today’s ‘on the go’ business requirements,” said Donald Cartwright, Senior Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle. “Additionally, the global use of apps will afford us the ability to showcase Southeast Financial Center to international and new to market tenants seeking a footprint in Miami from a mobile phone.” Mr. Cartwright along with Jones Lang LaSalle Vice President Nicole Vassilaros are the exclusive leasing agents for Southeast Financial Center.
The app will be responsive to the building’s multiple audiences, from providing access to tenant’s HVAC after hours and creating service work orders, to a user-friendly tool for brokers to show available space through a virtual “visit” of an existing space, enabling prospective tenants to envision how their space will look like prior to a site visit or construction.
In addition, the APP users can access the following useful and entertaining functions:

• Camera located on the Roof at 765 feet (SkyCam)
