Demolition has begun onsite at Miami Springs Town Center, the $12 million, 98,348-square-foot mixed-use project under development at 1 Curtiss Parkway in Miami Springs.

Miami Springs Town Center, LLC is a partnership between CIP Miami Springs led by Genaro Garcia, Fernando Espino and Carlos Alonso, and LV Lending, led by Camilo Niño, Ricardo Uribe and Juan Martinez.

When complete, the project will deliver a 63,334 square-foot, three-story rental building with 51 units, 35,014 square feet of retail on the ground floor, and a parking garage with 124 spaces. Additional on-street parking will be available.

Cabrera Ramos Architects has designed the Adobe-style building with a modern design.

Situated on 1.1 acres, Miami Springs Town Center will house two and three-bedroom units spanning 850 to 1,457 square feet; pricing will start from the $1,800’s.

The developers acquired the property in October 2018 for $4.65 million and received site plan approval in April 2019. Demolition of the existing commercial buildings on the site has begun and construction is scheduled to begin later this month. The project is slated for completion in Q2 2021.
