Sime Realty Corp. has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for 155 South Miami Avenue, a 151,037 square foot office building in downtown Miami.
Sime Realty Corp. President Scott Sime will spearhead leasing and marketing for the property alongside Vice President Elizabeth Santos and Associate Robert Scola, III.
