Shared Workspace Büro Miami’s HQ Grows To 20K SF

Shared workspace provider Büro Miami signed a lease to expand its headquarters at 3250 Northeast First Avenue to a total of nearly 20,000 square feet.
The company has held 12,000 square feet there since late 2010, and will soon take on an extra floor.
Startups represent 20 percent to 30 percent of Buro Miami’s membership at the company’s Midtown Miami facility, according to founder Michael Feinstein. Those companies share office, lounge and conference space with many established public relations, marketing and architectural firms.
Earlier this year, it opened a 10,000-square-foot space on the second floor at 1815 Purdy Avenue in Miami Beach’s Sunset Harbor neighborhood.
At these two locations, Büro hosts more than 150 member-companies and startups.
