Seagis Acquires 340,000 SF Industrial Building

Seagis Property Group has acquired a 340,000 square foot warehouse/distribution facility in the Doral submarket of Miami Florida.
The building, which is located at 10000 NW 25th Street, will be available in its entirety for lease in June 2012.
Seagis Property Group LP owns 8.5 million square feet of industrial buildings primarily in Greater Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, Central and Northern New Jersey, and the JFK Airport area. Seagis is headquartered in suburban Philadelphia.
