Ruiz/Pino Bring Westside Plaza II To Full Occupancy

Juan Ruiz, PA and George Pino, RPA, brokers with Flagler Real Estate Services, LLC, have brought the Westside Plaza II office building in Doral to full occupancy with the lease expansion of Oceania Cruises for a total of 77,500sf of office space.
The luxury cruise line signed a 23,000sf renewal and a new 54,500sf lease to expand its corporate headquarters.
Westside Plaza II, located at 8300 NW 33rd St., is one of three office buildings comprising the Westside office complex in the Miami Airport-West submarket.
