Retail Expert Joins CBRE

Zachary Winkler has joined CBRE’s Retail Brokerage Team in Miami as Senior Associate.
“As demand for high street retail in emerging urban markets like Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood and the Design District continues to accelerate, Zach’s expertise will allow CBRE to expand its retail brokerage capabilities,” said Ken Krasnow, Managing Director, CBRE South Florida.  “He brings an impressive track record with prestigious landlords and considerable experience working with high street retail tenants to CBRE.”
Winkler joins CBRE from Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF) in New York City, where, as Senior Director, he represented institutional landlords and high-end national retailers. He also led retail modernization/revitalization efforts at landmark properties on behalf of landlords. Prior to RKF, Winkler held the title of Associate Director at Newmark Knight Frank, also in New York. As a member of the National Retail Group, he represented high-end tenants both locally and nationally and assisted retailers on city-wide rollouts across multiple locations.
Winkler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from Vassar College and is a licensed sales person in both New York and Florida. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
