Retail Bus Tour's Miami Jaunt Coming In March

The Retail Bus Tour, Inc., a marketing and networking event specifically designed for the shopping center industry, has announced the 4^th Annual Miami-Dade County Retail Bus Tour will be taking place on March 13 and there are over 75 attendees pre-registered. The Tour will begin in the Wynwood District and will return for a networking and cocktail reception at approximately 5:00pm.
Three chartered buses, each with two “on-board” moderators, will guide attendees through over 35 major shopping centers in the Miami-Dade County market area, providing information on each property, including rental rates, existing and upcoming vacancies and future redevelopment plans. The Bus Tour, which costs only $115 per attendee, includes a sponsored breakfast, lunch, mid-morning and mid-afternoon stops at featured properties and concludes with a cocktail and networking reception for all registered participants.

The Retail Bus Tour was founded in 2010 by Gary Broidis who also founded Atlantic Commercial Group, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage company based in Boca Raton.
The Retail Bus Tours are planned this year for South Florida, Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, Boston, North Carolina and Michigan and will be soon expanding into Illinois, New York, Connecticut, Washington D.C, Virginia, Pennsylvania, California, Texas and Colorado.
