The Related Group today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with NAI/Merin Hunter Codman whereby the latter will market the retail component of Casa Costa, a 395-unit luxury condominium project in Boynton Beach, with nearly 20,000 square feet of retail/office space.

The luxury project, which Related acquired in December 2012 and rebranded under the new name, is expected to become one of the most desirable live/work locations in Boynton Beach. The twin condominium towers offer sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean as well as resort-like amenities. Retail space will benefit tremendously from the built-in customer base of condos, and there are nearly 40,000 vehicles per day that pass the complex, which is strategically located at the corner of Federal Highway and Boynton Beach Boulevard. The complex is expected to bridge a retail gap that currently exists between Delray Beach to the south and West Palm Beach to the north, creating a dynamic hub of activity in central Palm Beach County.

“NAI/Merin Hunter Codman’s plans for Casa Costa’s commercial space are to create a revitalized pedestrian-friendly destination in Boynton Beach with the vitality of Delray’s Atlantic Avenue and West Palm Beach’s Clematis Street,” said Jordan Paul, CEO of NAI/Merin Hunter Codman. “It’s an exciting opportunity for retailers seeking to tap into or expand within the affluent South Florida market. Likewise, for executives seeking stylish and strategically located office space, Casa Costa is right on target.”

The unique ground-floor retail/office space ranges in size from 600 to 5,000 square feet.

In addition to Casa Costa’s nearly 400 condo units, there are also 1,000-plus condos within a 1/4-mile radius upon which businesses within the complex can draw. The waterfront and marinas are also within walking distance of the luxury condo project, which is located at 400 N. Federal Highway, slightly more than one mile east of I-95.

“We are thrilled to team up with the Related Group on the most exciting mixed-use project ever created in Boynton Beach,” added Mr. Paul. Casa Costa is yet one more Related Group world-class project, and it’s situated in the hidden jewel of Palm Beach County — Boynton Beach.” Paul said that the commitment of The Related Group, combined with NAI/Merin Hunter Codman’s deep-rooted ties to Palm Beach County, are the optimal combination for energizing Boynton Beach to create a thriving downtown.
