Ramoski, Rodriguez Lease 145,000 SF

With the University of Miami’s lease in Medley plus two others, Cushman & Wakefield has closed $7 million in deals recently.
UM leased 70,500 square feet at First Industrial Real Estate Fund, located at 6891 NW 74th Street, on a five-year term. C&W’s Wayne Ramoski and Gian Rodriguez represented both the landlord and tenant in the deal.
In addition, Town Air Freight leased 66,480 square feet for five years in Doral’s International Corporate Park, located at 1530 NW 98th Court. The space’s prior tenant was B/E Aerospace, which is relocating to Broward and subleasing the space. Ramoski and Rodriguez represented the tenant, with Transwestern representing B/E Aerospace.
In a third deal, Koning Restaurants International leased 8,626 square feet for five years in Miami Gardens, 15600 NW 15th Ave. Ramoski and Rodriguez represented the landlord, Bristol Group, and C&W’s Audley Bosch and Brian Smith represented the tenant.
