Quest REA Selected To Manage 200,000 SF of Class-A Commercial Real Estate Across Palm Beach County

After opening eight, new serviced business centers in less than three years, Quest Workspaces is proud to announce the launch of Quest Real Estate Advisors (REA), a subsidiary that will exclusively handle the management of commercial real estate projects and office spaces across the country.
Quest REA helps commercial real estate owners, investors, developers and property managers further strengthen brand identity through the strategic development of client-focused amenities designed to raise property values and lower vacancy rates.
Quest REA recently partnered with CGI Merchant Group, a private, investment and management advisory firm, which recently acquired four office buildings in Palm Beach County to launch The Commons Executive Suites. The buildings are 85 percent leased to more than 100 small to mid-size companies with Quest REA in place to oversee all leasing and office management services.
Originally developed by Crexent Business Centers and purchased out of bankruptcy in April 2013 by CGI, The Commons cater to the needs of executives and small business tenants. The Commons Vista Park, Commons Stuart and Commons Wellington offer “plug and play” workspace solutions for immediate occupancy as well as virtual and part-time offices with access to client-centered amenities, professional services and a well-trained staff.
“It is a great honor to expand our longstanding relationship with CGI and add these incredible office buildings to our growing roster of management clients,” said Laura Kozelouzek, founder and CEO of Quest Workspaces and Quest REA. “As a former Quest tenant in our Brickell location, CGI has first-hand experience with Quest’s unique culture and the brand’s proven track record of success in developing work spaces, which foster creative networking environments for today’s evolved professionals.”
Quest REA helps clients and corporate users define current business plans and models, develop strategies, source opportunities and execute solutions that are aligned with current market supply dynamics and long term goals.
“For successful results, it is imperative to integrate real estate solutions that combine skill, services and technology,” said Raoul Thomas, CEO of CGI Merchant Group. “Since bringing Quest REA on board, we have witnessed dynamic improvements in our operations, occupancy and monthly revenue.”
