Prologis Buys Miami Retail Building With Surplus Land For $959 PSF

Prologis acquired the retail building at 3310-3377 NW 22nd St. in Miami for nearly $24.53 million, or about $959 per square foot, from a private investor.

The 25,571-square-foot building was built in 1985 and is occupied by Alamo Rent-A-Car. The sale included surplus land.

Wayne Ramoski, Gian Rodriguez and Skylar Stein represented both the seller and the buyer in the sale.
