Private Residential Community-At-Sea Moves HQ To Sunrise

CBRE has arranged a 10,500-square-foot corporate headquarters lease for The World®, the largest privately owned, residential yacht on earth,  at 1551 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway in Sunrise. The company is relocating its 38 employees from Miramar and will assume occupancy in July 2014. CBRE represented the tenant.
The World® is the only private residential community-at-sea where its Residents continually travel the globe without ever leaving home.
