Prime Cigar & Whiskey Bar Coming Brickell

CBRE has arranged a lease for Prime Cigar & Whiskey Bar at 1100 Millecento, the recently completed, 42-story residential tower at 1100 South Miami Avenue in Miami.
The Boca Raton-based Prime, which describes itself as a “gathering place, a destination and a sanctuary…for premium cigars, fine spirits, and friends” will occupy approximately 4,800 square feet in the mezzanine level of the building; there are approximately 17,500 square feet of retail space in total on the ground and mezzanine levels. Emran Ally, CBRE Vice President, arranged the lease on behalf of the tenant.
 

“There has been a conspicuous lack of premium amenities to serve the large residential and business communities in Brickell, and that’s finally changing,” said Mr. Ally. “Prime will help shift the center of social gravity away from Mary Brickell Village somewhat, and help foster the kind of vibrant, 24-hour street life that makes a great city.”

Prime Cigar & Whiskey Bar offers  club membership, premium wines, and spirits, and hosts a large walk-in humidor to house its more than 1,000 premium cigar offerings.  Special events, parties, and an all-around good time is presented in a sophisticated, upscale environment.
1100 Millecento is the Related Group’s newest high-rise condo project in Brickell, inspired by the designs of Italian automobile designer Pininfarina. Other retail tenants announced for the property include Freddo Gelateria, Pizza Tonda, and Level 1 Restaurant & Lounge.
