In an effort to meet the needs of today’s fast changing economy and increasingly interconnected world, a new workspace has launched in downtown Miami that aims to break down the barriers of traditional offices and provide for a more integrated workplace.

Pipeline Brickell, now open at 1101 Brickell Avenue, offers a shared work environment for entrepreneurs, startups, independent professionals, and small teams – all with the goal of building relationships, creating profitable synergies, and collaborating with a diverse community of professionals.

Pipeline offers 14,000 square feet of flexible office space, including communal lounges and cafes, as well as individual offices for individuals and teams, with prices ranging from $99 to $849 per month.

“Working today is no longer about working in isolation.  Instead it’s about developing collaborative partnerships and identifying creative ways of doing business,” said Pipeline Co-founder Philippe Houdard. “Our members have an opportunity to grow their businesses simply by showing up to work, interfacing with other members and being in the mix of activity taking place in our space located in the urban core. It is a level of integration that you simply can’t get by working from home or in the suburbs.”

“As Miami continues to emerge as a hub for entrepreneurs and start-ups, the timing is perfect for the unique workspace concept we are introducing with Pipeline,” says Todd Oretsky, co-founder of Pipeline. “With more than 80,000 new residents living within Miami’s urban core and a record level of investment to the tune of billions of dollars, there has never been a better time or greater need for a shared office space with a collaborative work environment.”

Regardless of membership level, all Pipeline members have access to a social lounge and café featuring a living room area, dining tables and chairs, a refrigerator, flat-screen TVs, as well free gourmet coffee and teas. Pipeline will also host a series of monthly programs and events, such as interactive forums, roundtable discussions, food and wine tastings, and other social and educational gatherings, with the goal of fostering a collaborative environment and creating opportunities for members to interact, connect, and grow their business.
