Peter Sheridan/Nicole Vassilaros Make A Move

It must be that time of year…the broker shuffle!
On the heels of William Holly and Jon Blunk joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang LaSalle has announced that Peter Sheridan has been appointed senior vice president and Nicole Vassilaros, vice president.
Based in Fort Lauderdale, Sheridan will specialize in office leasing and will assist in growing business in Broward County and Southern Palm Beach County.
Vassilaros will be based in downtown Miami where she will assist in the leasing of the 1.2 msf Southeast Financial Center.
Sheridan was most recently president of Premier Commercial Realty Inc. and ran its marketing strategies and leasing for the firm’s 4.9 msf office and industrial portfolio. His almost 30 years of commercial real estate experience includes time with The Hogan Group and Colliers International – Lehrer & Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wabash College in Indiana and is past president of NAIOP and was on its board of directors from 2000-2009.
Vassilaros started her commercial real estate leasing career at Jones Lang LaSalle and has worked at Crescent Real Estate Equities, owned by Morgan Stanley, and was most recently a leasing agent for Cushman & Wakefield. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in international business.
