Peter Reed Brings 20,000 SF Tenant To Hillsboro Center

Peter D. Reed, Principal of Commercial Florida Realty Services, closed a lease transaction with ITT Technical Institute, a leading private college focused on technology-oriented programs of study, for 20,000 SF at Hillsboro Center, located at 700 W. Hillsboro Blvd. in Deerfield Beach.
Reed represented Parkway Properties, Inc. (NYSE symbol: PKY) the Landlord of Hillsboro Center.
“We are very excited to welcome ITT Technical Institute as our newest customer at Hillsboro Center,” said Lisa Smith, Senior Vice President at Parkway Properties.  “ITT Tech will work well with our current tenant- mix and will help energize the complex,” Smith added.
“This is a real shot in the arm for Deerfield Beach and Hillsboro Center,” said Reed.  “ITT Tech will add jobs to our local economy and an increase in occupancy to Hillsboro Center,” Reed added.
ITT Tech was represented by Steve O’Hara and Jason Sundook of Merin Hunter Codman in the transaction.
