Southland Container Company doing business as Concept Packaging Group has leased 12,300 SF of industrial space at 2680 Gateway Drive in Pompano Beach.
Helen Weissman, Commercial Associate with Brenner Real Estate Group, represented the landlord, ABC Pompano Beach Real Estate, LLC. The tenant was represented by Brian Smith of Florida Equities Group.
