Oxford International Inks 18,500 SF Deal

Oxford International is relocating to Corporate Center at The Gardens, taking 18,500 square feet in the beginning of October of this year.
For Oxford, the move allows the IT and engineering staffing firm to reflect their talent-focused culture, with inviting lounge areas, activity rooms and a fitness center—all intended to stimulate interactivity and community for the employees of Oxford. Oxford International is a division of Oxford Global Resources, headquartered in Beverly, MA.
The firm is moving from a 25,000-square-foot, single-tenant facility in Jupiter that they have occupied for over 10 years. Though their new location is smaller, Corporate Center at The Gardens offered efficient space planning tailored to Oxford’s needs. They will occupy the entire third floor and have exclusive access to the third-floor outdoor terrace.
“Oxford was largely attracted to the amenities of the area and the property’s ability to accommodate their specific needs, but it was the aggressive lease terms that sealed the deal,” said Anthony Librizzi, Vice President with CB Richard Ellis in Palm Beach County. “Oxford will also be taking advantage of the property’s visibility on I-95 with building signage.”
The relocation represents the largest lease transaction in Northern Palm Beach County, year-to-date.
Librizzi negotiated the transaction on behalf of Oxford. CBRE also provided representation on behalf of the landlord. The lease agreement at Corporate Center at The Garden is for an eight-year term.
Corporate Center at The Gardens is located at 4200 Northcorp Parkway in Palm Beach Gardens. The four-story office building has over 95,800 rentable square feet, of which 77,251 square feet is available for lease.
