Office Building Proposed In Hallandale

Accesso Partners, a national commercial developer, wants to build a new headquarters office in Hallandale Beach.
The five-story building at 100 N. Federal Highway would total 32,000 square feet of office and 8,000 square feet of commercial. It was proposed by Hallandale Beach-based Accesso One, managed by Ariel Bentata, Claudio Dombey, Moises Benzaquen and Daniel Goldstein.
The one-acre site was acquired for $2.77 million in September 2014.
The company owns the 57-story IDS Center in Minneapolis, among other large buildings.
