New Retail Coming To Miami Airport

Our local airports got some really great news today, as the Miami-Dade commissioners approved changes to make room for a more than 300,000 square feet of shopping area near Kendall-Tamiami Executive Airport.
Developers plan to make exclusive space available for shopping districts, hotels, a fitness center, and other businesses.
The change is a welcome sign for Miami real estate investors, and the community at large. With more shopping districts comes more jobs and income for lots of families in the area. It’s a definitive sign that the economy is still on the rise in the Miami area, and that businesses are interested in this growing community.
The unanimous vote cleared the way for the $40 million project to begin very soon, with an new entrance planned at Southwest 137th Avenue.
