Netherlands-Based Company Moves HQ To Miami

Interfood, a global supplier, futures trader, market advisor and financial service provider for the dairy products industry, is moving its corporate headquarters for the US and South America to Miami’s financial district.
The company is in the process of closing its previous US headquarters in suburban Boston and moving to 777 Brickell Avenue in Miami. The company plans to close the Waltham, MA, office in June or July. Meanwhile, Interfood already has transferred some staffers to the new office and plans to hire a few more here.
The company is consolidating its operations in the US and South America, and creating a “centralized hub point” in Miami to manage its Americas market.
Based in the Netherlands, Interfood deals in milk powders, butter, cheese, dairy proteins, whey powders, dairy ingredients, liquid milk products and concentrates, and condensed and evaporated milk. Clients include internationally known commercial brands and foreign governments.
In addition to doing business with some household brand names in the food products industry, Interfood’s clients include government agencies in the Middle East and Africa, and in individual nations such as Mexico and Vietnam.
Founded in 1970, Interfood is privately owned with about 215 employees and 15 offices spread around the world. Annual sales exceed $1.2 billion.
