NAI RWNK & Co.'s Scarpino Negotiates 5-Year Lease Deal With Hospitality Group

NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. announced a five year lease at Powerline Business Center on behalf of Assa Abloy Hospitality, Inc.
 

“This new location will be the Marine Division Headquarters for Assa Abloy Hospitality, Inc., an industry pioneer and world leading brand for forty years, now serving over five million guest rooms every day, in hotels, hospitals, schools, cruise ships, work places and wherever people sleep away from home”, said Michael Scarpino, CCIM, Senior Associate of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co.  “The Marine Division is the world’s leading supplier of marine locks and access control systems including stainless steel lock cases and accessories; master key systems; electronic card locks and Gangway and Muster control systems.”  “This lease is the latest of several recent transactions we’ve represented in the South Florida marketplace, demonstrating a steady demand for office and office flex space in the service sector.”

The space is being totally retrofitted to meet the needs of the client, including office, warehouse and technical support areas.
The property is conveniently located on Powerline Road between Commercial Boulevard and Cypress Creek Road, just west of Interstate 95.  Occupancy is scheduled for April 1, 2016.
