NAI RWNK Closes 28,000SF Lease

Michael Scarpino, CCIM, and Jennifer Scarpino of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. represented the landlord in the lease of 28,654sf of warehouse, manufacturing and showroom space in the 1551 North Powerline Road Building to Concept Elite, Inc., a fabricator of granite countertops.
The lease was completed at the three-building, 339,554sf Superior Commerce Park. The tenant was not represented by a broker. The lease term was for 66 months with one, five-year option to renew.
With the addition of this tenant, occupancy at Superior Commerce Park has now increased to 83.6%.
