NAI RWNK & Co. Brings Warehouse Building To 100% Occupied With 30,800 SF Lease

Michael Scarpino, CCIM, Senior Associate with NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. has negotiated a lease at the Dolphin Carpet & Tile Building, located at 1471 West Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield Beach, on behalf of the landlord, Manilla 12 Associates, LLC.
The new tenant, Traffic Brick Networks, LLC, was represented by Matthew McAllister of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc.
Traffic Brick Networks is a business development and holding corporation that designs, launches and operates cutting-edge business models with a focus on the Wedding & Event Decor Industry.
The 30,800-square-foot space was leased for five years with one five-year option.  The total net value of the lease was slightly under $900,000.  Occupancy is scheduled for June 1, 2016.

The landlord recently completed renovations at the property, including installing new drainage in the truck court and parking areas, repaving the entire parking lot, demising and building new office space, installing new energy efficient lighting in the warehouse and painting the exterior of the building. The property is conveniently located on the north side of Hillsboro Boulevard, immediately west of Interstate 95.
With the signing of this lease, the 71,820 square foot building is now 100% occupied.
