NAI Miami Tapped To Lease Coral Springs Retail Center

NAI Miami has been selected as the exclusive leasing  agent for Westview Shoppes, a 60,732 square foot retail center in Coral Springs.  Lisa Tenn will handle the leasing of the property for Made Ventures, Inc. who recently purchased the property.  Currently there is 10,500 square feet available for lease.
Westview Shoppes is bordered by the Sawgrass Expressway to the north, North University Drive to the east and Westview Drive to the South.  Current tenants include Office Depot, You Fit Health Club, and Mega Liquors in the main building.  Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Dunkin Donuts and a dry cleaner occupy the existing outparcel.
Neighboring tenants include Regal Cinemas, Dollar Tree directly to the east; Wells Fargo, Ruby Tuesday, and Chevron occupying the outparcels fronting on Westview Drive; and Walgreens, Target and Ross are south of Westview Drive.
