NAI Miami Selected To Manage And Lease 120,000 Square Feet

Jeremy S. Larkin, President of NAI Miami Commercial Real Estate Services, Worldwide, is pleased to announce the firm has been selected to manage and lease four new properties in the greater Fort Lauderdale market.
The properties total over 120,000 square feet and are:

• An office building located at 409 West Hallandale Beach Boulevard in Hallandale totaling 25,173 square feet
• An office building located at 3075 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Oakland Park, totaling 20,099 square feet
• A flex/industrial building located at 5365 Hiatus Road, Sunrise, totaling 26,870 square feet
• Cypress Wood Shopping Center, located in Coral Springs, totaling 47,997 square feet

Jason Krieger will be leasing the flex/warehouse and office properties and Lisa Tenn will be leasing the retail property on behalf of the owners.
5365 Hiatus is also available for sale, priced at $1,785,000.  Tim Merriman and Jeremy Larkin are handling its disposition.
