NAI Miami Negotiates 70,000 SF Lease Deal

NAI Miami‘s Lucia Custer and Gabriel Garcia-Menocal, SIOR negotiated a five year, 69,747 square foot industrial lease.
Effective July 14, Alsina Forms Co., Inc. will relocated to 725 Southeast 9^th Court in Hialeah.  The landlord is KR Miami Fund I, LLC.
Alsina Forms Co., Inc. specializes in formwork solutions designed to help construction companies in the execution of the construction of concrete structures.  The company has been in operation for over 60 years, originating from Spain.
